The hotel had some issues like chips in the skirting boards and dirty grout in the bathroom tiles, but overall, the room was big enough for our family of 4 and the dog, avoiding feeling cramped. The staff managed everything efficiently. The hairdryer turned out to be useless and even emitted smoke, which was concerning.
The hotel was a mixed bag - the rooms, though spacious, were not as impressive as the pictures showed, located conveniently near the lifts. The service was friendly and accommodating, with wheelchair-accessible facilities available. However, the location had its drawbacks with some maintenance issues and high prices. The dining options were decent but lacked consistency. Overall, a decent stay but could use improvements.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room was perfect - clean, comfortable, and the heating just right. The breakfast option was excellent with a wide variety to choose from. I also enjoyed a relaxing time in the spacious spa facilities. However, the price seemed a bit high for the room quality.
